This Refund & Return Policy (“Policy”) explains how refunds, returns, and exchanges work for purchases made through AllRad Travel (“AllRad Travel,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) at allradtravel.com.
Because our offers combine instant‑access digital products with third‑party Travel Certificates, we treat all purchases as final, with only very limited exceptions as described below.
By purchasing any AllRad Travel product, you agree to this Policy.
## 2. Digital Products (Non‑Refundable)
All digital items, including but not limited to:
- The AllRad Travel Command Center
- Guides, checklists, PDFs, and planning tools
- Notion workspaces, templates, and dashboards
- Budget calculators and digital resources
are delivered electronically and considered final sale.
Once payment is completed and access is granted:
- We do not provide refunds, returns, or exchanges for digital products.
- You are responsible for ensuring your device and software can open the files or workspaces (for example, having a Notion account where required).
If you experience a technical issue accessing your digital products, we will work with you to restore access, but this does not change the non‑refundable nature of the purchase.
## 3. Travel Certificates (Lodging Offers)
Certain AllRad Travel tiers include a Travel Certificate for lodging or hotel stays that is fulfilled by a third‑party provider.
### 3.1 General Terms for Travel Certificates
- Travel Certificates are issued and managed by a third‑party partner, not directly by AllRad Travel.
- Certificates typically cover lodging only. You are responsible for taxes, resort fees, booking fees (if applicable), airfare, transportation, food, and any other travel expenses.
- All activation rules, booking windows, blackout dates, and availability are controlled by the third‑party provider.
### 3.2 Refundability of Travel Certificates
- Once a Travel Certificate is activated or claimed with the provider, it is non‑refundable through AllRad Travel.
- AllRad Travel cannot reverse, cancel, or “un‑activate” a certificate once it has been claimed or once you have paid any applicable activation or reservation fee to the provider.
- Any changes to dates, destinations, or reservations after activation are subject solely to the third‑party provider’s policies.
### 3.3 Certificates That Have Not Been Activated
If your Travel Certificate has not been activated with the provider:
- We do not offer cash refunds.
- In our discretion, and subject to availability, we may offer:
- A destination change within the same tier, or
- A one‑time account credit toward an eligible future tier or upgrade.
Any such accommodation is a courtesy and not guaranteed.
## 4. No “Change of Mind” or Expectation‑Based Refunds
We do not provide refunds in situations such as:
- You change your mind about traveling or no longer want to take a trip.
- You decide you do not like the style, format, or approach of the digital products after access is granted.
- You did not read or fully understand the product description, terms, or what is included in the tier before purchasing.
- You are unable to travel due to work, family, schedule conflicts, or personal circumstances, including lack of passport or necessary documentation.
It is your responsibility to review all information and ensure the offer is right for you before completing your purchase.
## 5. Availability, Blackout Dates, and Third‑Party Decisions
Travel offers depend on third‑party providers and hotels. Because of this:
- We do not guarantee specific dates, resorts, room types, or locations.
- Availability may be limited by seasons, weekends, holidays, or blackout dates.
- Providers may decline or modify requests based on their own policies and occupancy.
Lack of availability for your preferred dates, destination, or property does not qualify for a refund from AllRad Travel. You may need to be flexible with travel dates, destinations, or seasons to use your Travel Certificate.
## 6. Failed or Incomplete Trips
AllRad Travel is not responsible for:
- Canceled flights, missed connections, or transportation issues.
- Visa denials, passport issues, or documentation problems.
- Illness, emergencies, or other personal circumstances that prevent travel.
- Weather events, natural disasters, or local conditions affecting your trip.
Any such issues are your responsibility and/or fall under the policies of airlines, hotels, insurers, and other providers. These events do not create eligibility for a refund from AllRad Travel.
We recommend you consider appropriate travel insurance if you are concerned about unexpected disruptions.
## 7. Unauthorized Use, Fraud, or Chargebacks
We reserve the right to:
- Deny service or revoke access if we suspect fraud, abuse, or unauthorized use of a Travel Certificate or digital product.
- Dispute any chargeback that is inconsistent with this Policy, and provide documentation showing that products were delivered as described.
Using chargebacks as a way to avoid the terms of this Policy may result in:
- Immediate revocation of access to digital products and Travel Certificates, and
- Termination of your eligibility for future offers or promotions.
## 8. Technical Issues and Support
If you experience technical problems, such as:
- Difficulty accessing a digital product,
- Problems opening files or connecting to a Notion workspace, or
- Not receiving emails or links after purchase,

We will work with you in good faith to restore access and ensure you receive what you purchased. Resolving technical issues does not include issuing a refund unless required by applicable law.
## 9. Legal Rights and Local Laws
