Welcome to AllRad Travel (“AllRad Travel,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AllRad Travel website at allradtravel.com, our digital products, travel‑planning tools, travel certificates, and all related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By purchasing, accessing, or using any AllRad Travel product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Services. By using AllRad Travel, you represent that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

3. Travel Planning Tools & Digital Products

AllRad Travel provides downloadable digital resources, digital workspaces (such as Notion templates), and planning tools (collectively, the “Digital Products”), including but not limited to:

The AllRad Travel Command Center (guides, checklists, and planning systems)

The Notion Companion workspace

Budget calculators and other digital tools

Digital Products are:

Licensed for your personal, non‑exclusive use

Not owned by you; ownership remains with AllRad Travel

Not transferable to third parties for resale or redistribution

You may not reverse‑engineer, copy, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Digital Products, except as explicitly permitted in these Terms.

4. Travel Certificates & Third‑Party Fulfillment

Each AllRad Travel tier may include a travel certificate for lodging or hotel stays (“Travel Certificate”) that is fulfilled by a third‑party provider.

Key points regarding Travel Certificates:

Travel Certificates are issued by third‑party partners, not by AllRad Travel.

The certificate typically covers lodging only; you are responsible for taxes, fees, airfare, meals, transportation, and other trip expenses.

Activation and redemption are subject to the third‑party provider’s rules, availability, and blackout dates.

You must activate your certificate within the timeframe specified at time of purchase.

After activation, or after payment of any activation fee, the certificate is considered claimed and cannot be refunded, reversed, or reissued by AllRad Travel.

Destination changes or upgrades may be possible before activation, subject to availability and eligibility.

AllRad Travel does not guarantee specific dates, room types, or properties, which are subject to hotel and provider availability.

5. Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations

Purchases of AllRad Travel tiers are final because:

Digital content is delivered automatically upon payment.

Travel Certificates may be time‑sensitive and tied to third‑party rules.

Refund policy summary:

Sales are final. We do not issue refunds for purchases.

If your Travel Certificate has not been activated, you may be eligible to request:

A destination change within the same tier, subject to availability and eligibility, or

Account credit toward an eligible future tier upgrade, subject to availability and eligibility.

Once a Travel Certificate is activated with the third‑party provider, it cannot be refunded, reversed, or reissued by AllRad Travel.

You are responsible for selecting the correct tier and understanding the included benefits before purchasing.

6. Use of the Website and Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

Use the Services to violate any applicable law, regulation, or third‑party rights.

Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or systems.

Use the Services to distribute viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Services.

You acknowledge that AllRad Travel may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms or applicable law.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including website text, graphics, logos, tools, guides, Notion templates, calculators, and software (“Content”), is owned by or licensed to AllRad Travel and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may use the Content solely for your personal, non‑commercial use through the Services. You may not:

Reproduce, modify, distribute, or display the Content without prior written permission.

Remove or alter copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.

Use “AllRad Travel” or related marks in a way that suggests sponsorship or endorsement without our consent.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Services is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant AllRad Travel tier in the previous 12 months that gave rise to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AllRad Travel and its affiliates, officers, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from:

Your use of the Services,

Your violation of these Terms, or

Your travel‑related actions or decisions.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity, or

Upon termination, your right to access the Digital Products and Services ends, and you may lose access to previously downloaded materials if your account is permanently disabled.

Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Arizona, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with any applicable purchase pages or course agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and AllRad Travel regarding the Services.
